Tri County Air

I have been using Tri County for several years now. My son had MS and can't get over heated. When I first called them my air conditioner was already quite old. They managed to keep it running for another 10 years.
This time it could not be fixed for any reasonable amount of money. They really worked hard to find a way to keep my son healthy. They seemed more concerned with his health than their profit.
I have been looking into the cost of a new air conditioner for the past three years. Not only from Tri County but asking around others. Do I know they came in way under the market price.

Having obtained a hand full of reviews I generally knew what to ask and what and who to avoid. From the initial phone call, to the salesperson (Geoff) to the technicians (Pedro), my expectations were beyond exceeded. They answered every single question and worked with me on my price point while not sacrificing quality. I will highly recommend this company moving forward.

I was told the technician would be at my house between one and three. After three phone calls, someone showed up a little after
5. I had already replaced the thermostat,and replaced the fuse, attempting to troubleshoot myself. apparently the safety valve had water in it.. after waiting all day they actually charge me an extra 15 minutes service charge for a total of 168. Same exact service was done by ABC seven months ago eight months ago for $75. I should've been a plumber. Instead of a nurse.

I have used Tri-County Air for over 12 years now to service my HVAC unit 2 times a year. I am always pleased with the experienced techs, their level of service, and most importantly knowing that my HVAC system is running at its best! The second week we moved into our 2006 built property the HVAC stopped working. It had been sitting and had molded over inside. I saw it - it was awful. A new system and a black-light unit installed has made this the best HVAC unit I have ever had. I would recommend no one else other than Tri-County Air for peace of mind in the HVAC space!

After 4yrs we had a little issue and Tyler showed up promptly and handled the repair like a super hero he even left drove to Sarasota and finished the repair all in the same day. Tyler took time to explain repair and helped with questions and concerns.
