New ownership in the last few years! Ignore the negative reviews. They are regarding a previous owner. The new owners are AMAZING! I've been using them for about six months now and have nothing but good things to say. They are so kind and helpful. If they have a service you need, be sure to give them a visit!

What a mistake. I went here out of convenience and it was nothing but convenient. Took me 15 minutes to ring up for packages. Then when she rang them up they were double the cost that I paid the post office. I do not recommend this place just go to the post office it's actually shorter to wait in the line but to deal with all of this. Nice ladies but bad experience.

Ran in to ship packages for USPS and FedEx. I was warmly greeted and my packages were very quickly processed. Will definitely keep PostNet at the top of my list!

Awful customer service, would rate no stars if possible. Packaging sizing caused huge upcharge in FedEx cost without advising us of options. Paid for shipping to get package to site which, per FedEx after they took shipment, was never going to be possible. We had to take initiative, tracked down package, put hold on it and picked up at terminal. No help whatsoever and no return phone calls. Beware of using them.

On 6/30/2020 I was notified by PostNet that FedEx, after initially denying my claim along with several others, incorrectly so in PostNet's opinion, had accepted my claim and agreed to settle it in the amount of insurance I had purchased. PostNet stated that the Covid 19 situation had complicated and prolonged their negotiation with FedEx. I received a call from PostNet on 7/9/2020 and went to the store to pick up the coverage check. In fairness to the business, I want to report this positive outcome and upgrade my rating.

I provided the store with all the photos and information needed so they could file a claim with FedEx. I had purchased insurance at a declared value of $500. After 4 months of phone calls and emails, all initiated by me, my claim has yet to be resolved. No outreach, explanation, or apology received.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service! Went to the store at 8:30am on a Monday when they were supposed to open and waited until 9am for no one to show! Came back later that day and was treated VERY RUDELY. I wasn't given a tracking number for my package and found out later they never even scanned my package into the system and it was never shipped out! TERRIBLE customer service and TERRIBLE place to ship packages!
