Sous Tech began as an idea on a whiteboard in a college classroom in 2022 and the company was officially founded in June of 2023. We are backed by Timmy McCarthy, the former founder of RCO Limited which is the largest Raising Cane's franchise. Our mission is to develop robotics that augment chefs in commercial kitchens so they can be more creative and productive. By incorporating a human-centric approach to our design philosophy, we will optimize the interaction between humans and technology to transform culinary arts with the convergence of state of the art technology and chefs' creativity/passion. Our first product will assist with dish consistency, waste reduction, and streamlining kitchen workflow. We hope to not only transform restaurants, but develop innovative solutions in the broader food sustainability ecosystem in the future.
