I Cannot express how grateful I am for the outstanding care and support I have received from Michelle Private.
In addition to the therapy sessions she went above and beyond to assist me with complicated paperwork for special accommodations required by multiple school institutions and testing sites. Her willingness to go the extra mile made all difference In my academic and professional journey. Her guidance not only improved my career prospects but also greatly enhanced various aspects of my life and overall wellness and wellbeing.
I am very grateful for her professional help and commitment for her patients success and happiness.

Beware of the Office staff. Either they are in control of the office or their work ethic, treatment of patients comes from the top down. I am not stopping to figure it out. I was charged $40 for a "deposit" that I was assured I would get back as soon as the insurance kicked in. The complete lack of communication, concern, cancellation of appointments without so much as a phone call was just inexcusable. If you are not a full pay patient I advise making arrangements elsewhere.

Watch your pockets! they charged my card for the full cost of my appointment and then they billed my insurance company and we're paid for the full visit. this went on for months until I noticed it. they had to write me a check to reimburse me because I made sure they deleted my credit card info from their system. be very careful with billing here.

Why even consider them and have to deal with this nonsense when there are so many other providers?

If you do decide to work with them and you can't find the office, just look for the office with the employees smoking cigarettes out front. When you see that you will have found the right place.

Horrible experience!!!

First they rescheduled our initial appointment several times to different doctors and times. Once we finally had the first appointment, we were told: - from here on out we will have the same appointment ever week, at the same time!!
One week past: - we're waiting for the appointment to start - we then got told - we do not have an appointment scheduled!!! One week ago we were told the very opposite!!

Side note: before we started today, I had a long conversation with our child about the appointment and what a psychologist is and that she can be trusted! That she'll be here for her to help her etc. Our kid was very excited and happy she'll get help and someone to talk to - just to then be let down and disappointed!!

The behavior of this psychiatric center is absolutely unacceptable! Blaming it on us, because we didn't contact them! WHY would we contact them if an appointment is scheduled??? Why would we have to? Is it the patients job to make sure appointments are scheduled correctly??
They told us we HAVE this appointment - so they clearly messed up on THEIR END!! And did not even apologize nor acknowledge that.

We got told the next appointment will be a week from now - well guess what - we won't stick around to find out if that next appointment will even happen- we are already looking at other places!

DO NOT GO THERE! They clearly are very unorganized and have no regards for their patients and how they make them feel with this behavior! I now have a disappointed child here, who instead of getting help and support got the very opposite!!

I do NOT recommend them and find their behavior absolutely unacceptable!
This is not how you treat your patients! (And reading from other reviews - this was not the only time this happened!)

I have never been more impressed with Shelby and my Doctor now Michele!! I had a great person that retired for years he knew me I trusted.. .. went about a year trying new people. Didn't like .. then now.. first reaction was Shelby very on point adamant on response will get back to you .. then Michele is so loving caring, I felt right away a good vibe on trust! She cares and very knowledgeable!! Takes her time and loving on finding root of issues plus not a pill pusher like few people I tried before.. she listens and evaluates on things then recommends. Let's do this or that!! I trust her on making right decisions for my mental health! What's best for me when I don't know or in bad place! I have never felt so pleased and content!! Highly recommend!!! Dealing with bipolar, manic
depression.. knowing someone that actually cares and not just a doctor that puts you on everything to fix. It's so comforting knowing I can trust her and what's best. Wish I had found her sooner!!

Dr.Netchenko (spelling) has been wonderful, I have also had communication with Amy (front desk) and she has been very accomadating.
I am still looking for a therapist that is the right fit but overall this office has treated me very well

Except for Michelle Previtt - this is the bottom rung on the ladder of psychiatry, pyschology, and so-called therapists. Check all credentials of each Dr. and practioner - make sure they are qualified. This private group of business people are based in NJ and their reputation there is abominable. Additionally, their billing dept. is totally incompetant and the owner of the organization lied to me twice about fixing a billing mistake. This is the lowest of the low - go to a real professional.

Wish there was a way to give no stars. This ...ahem...office, if you can call it that, told me via phone that I'd need to pay a $40 "deposit" in order to get an appointment. I gave them my payment info by card and was called later only to be told "Thanks, but no thanks!" you don't have an appointment and our doctors will not see you. I was seeking help for debilitating panic attacks, I have my records from my formerly prescribing physician indicating no problems in his care and copious documentation. I worked with my company's EAP provider to find a "better" way to move forward and decided it would be good to understand why I have the attacks and find out if there is a way to deal with them in other than or in conjunction with the RX I am currently prescribed. I have no "psychiatric" history as I've never seen a psychologist or psychiatrist. It's 3 days later and I still not have received my deposit back. I'm told maybe Monday now as the office manager had a "family emergency". Interesting how they want me to have compassion for their "situation" when they didn't even have the decency to tell me why they wouldn't see me....
Things that make you go hmmmmmmm.......

Dr. Burstein is a wonderful psychiatrist. He is conservative and caring and takes his time to help with medication management. What a treat to have found someone like him after moving from a different state- I've been thrilled with my care at CRP. Highly recommend. Appointments are easy to make and usually they can get you in quickly.

If I could have given them a zero I would absolutely.
I have been a patient of Susie's for several years and had trusted her. However on 6/05/2020 my life changed forever, my son who was in the Army serving his country hung himself in his barracks room.
On 6/08/2020 at 8:30 am I called Susie but got the receptionist instead I told her what had happened and I needed to talk to Susie as soon as possible because I was distraught and just needed to hear her voice for a few minutes that was all. The receptionist immediately emailed Susie with my request, I know this because I was CC on the message.
Susie finally called me back at 2:30pm while my wife and I were sitting in the funeral home making the final arrangements for our son's burial.
I refused to answer my cell phone when she called. My wife took the call and told Susie that I might as well have been dead and how dare she call hours after I reached out to her for help. Her response to my wife was that she was waiting until she had a full hour to spend with me on the phone. It's apparent to me and my wife the only reason she waited until 2:30 was so she could bill me for the entire hour, which is disgusting.
I have severed all ties with this company because all they care about is money and they have zero concern for their patients well-being. Susie took the trust I gave her and shredded it.
