I'd love to share my feedback about Kevin Mclelland, my pest technician from Good News Pest Solutions. Kevin arrived punctually, dressed professionally, and conducted a thorough inspection for pests in my home. His assessment was accurate, and his courteous demeanor left a strong impression. I wholeheartedly recommend his services.

Stopped service but still billed us. Do not do auto pay with them. The rep told me quarterly, but paperwork says every 4 mos. Not happy and looking elsewhere.

I had issue discovered near exterior door jam ... thought we had bugs in between door jam & interior wallboard, l called Good News requested inside perimeter of my home to be inspected for potential bug infestation ... Randy inspected & said not to worry Good News treatment outside was working around house perimeter. I am a very pleased Good News customer!

Was quite happy with the service provided by Joel. He is definitely an expert of his craft. Greatly appreciated his professionalism, competence, proficiency, and patience as he discussed the pest treatment that I was receiving. Thank you Joel and the staff at Good News Pest Solutions. You guys are really the good news of the pest control!

Great Customer Service! I woke up to a line of fire ants that infiltrated my kitchen. The technician was able to come out that afternoon to treat the inside and outside of my home and haven't seen an ant since.

The technician was very polite and got right to work. I would highly recommend them for your pest control needs!

Pay attention to the one star reviews. Do not use this company. I cancelled service because the home was pending sale. This company is sending a bill charging for four months of coverage though I cancelled coverage at the beginning of the coverage period. This company is uncommunicative and full of lies. The company claims to have notified us in advance when the service person will be out to do a perimeter spray. We were not notified and were surprised by the service person's appearance. The service person was told the home was under contract to be sold, and that we would be canceling service. The company lies about that and conveniently disclaims being informed of the cancellation.
I called many times to get a resolution, but this company is very unresponsive.
Do yourself a favor and pay attention to the poor reviews. This review will be going into Next Door Neighbor

After an initial ant treatment done at our townhome by GNP Solutions, we found a few days later a swarm of ants in the kitchen .
We called the company to come back and do a second treatment as the first one was not adequate nor efficient. Because our HOA has a contract with the company , they refused to honor any guarantee on their work and they actually had the goal to tell us that we have to wait three months until the next treatment until they come back as mentioned in the contract with the HOA. So they wanted us to stay with ants that multiply every so often for three months- and this from an extermination company.
I believe this company is not serious and their treatment of our townhouse was not adequate not to mention that their guarantees are worthless. I wonder if they use real chemicals or is it just a make believe that they are spraying.
I will also ask the HOA to change this company for a more serious and determined extermination company as they are just after your money.
This company is a joke!!!!

Good News ?....I'm going THE WORST NEWS and worst business. There is a rat IN my house....Not in my attic...in my kitchen, living room, bathroom... I called the office earlier this week. Droppings everywhere, chewing everything...Traps set but nothing is caught, and this company's response is, "0h well." They will "come out next Monday".... It's Friday. There is no one to speak with. Receptionists are dismissive. The "higher ups" are all in meetings. Side note: Good News rat proofed our home...supposedly. There is no one to talk to. Really?

Ryan is our amazing professional with Good News! His friendly nature is exceptional, he knows his craft as well as anyone we've ever dealt with and better than most. After Ryan got our previously empty VGRC property under control we have had no problems. Hire Good News..,and request Ryan!!!
